Milton has more new concrete than almost anywhere in Ontario. The subdivisions of Beaty, Clarke, Willmott, Ford, Boyne and Hawthorne Village have been built out over the last twenty years, and most of their garage floors are still bare builder slabs: dusty, unsealed and already showing salt damage from the 401 and Derry Road.
