Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I got an estimate on Friday and had a new basement floor by 4pm on Monday. Kuljit and his crew were awesome. Our concrete was Rough, cracks and holes. Now, it’s perfect !! It was also way more affordable than I thought it was going to be.

I couldn’t be happier with the results! The team was professional, punctual, and clearly skilled at what they do. They took the time to prepare the surface properly and explained every step of the process. The final epoxy floor looks incredible — smooth, glossy, and durable. It has completely transformed our porch into a clean, modern space.

Their attention to detail and commitment to quality really stand out. Everything was completed on schedule and within budget, with zero mess left behind. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for top-quality epoxy flooring and great customer service!

Meet the man behind Quick F/X Epoxy

Jagsir Singh Jhinger (everyone calls him Jay) is the founder of Quick F/X Epoxy. When you hire us, Jay is the guy you’ll talk to on the first call, during the quote, and at the final walkthrough.

He started Quick F/X Epoxy after years on the tools in the local flooring industry. He grew tired of seeing companies rush jobs, skip prep work, and leave clients with floors that couldn’t handle Ontario’s brutal winters. From cracking garage floors to peeling commercial shops, Jay realized almost every failure comes down to two things: cutting corners on prep and rushing the job.

Quick F/X Epoxy was built to change that. Local homeowners and businesses deserve better surface preparation, top-tier coating systems, and honest communication. We deliver an epoxy floor service that actually stands up to road salt, moisture, heavy traffic, and freeze-thaw cycles.

If you are looking for reliable Mississauga epoxy flooring installers, you won’t find a bloated corporation with pushy salespeople or rotating subcontractors here. It’s just Jay and his hand-picked crew putting in the honest work to build a durable epoxy garage floor in Mississauga. Every project gets our full attention.

Epoxy and Concrete Coatings Across Scarborough

Scarborough concrete has had a hard life. The bungalows and split-levels of Agincourt, Wexford, Bendale and West Hill were built in the 1950s through 70s, and their garage slabs, basement floors, front porches and walkways have been through every freeze-thaw cycle since. Quick F/X Epoxy installs professional epoxy and concrete coatings across Scarborough, from Victoria Park to the Rouge and from the Bluffs up to Steeles, that repair that wear and seal it against the next winter.

Garages are the biggest request, and a flake epoxy floor is the standard answer: it hides repairs, takes the salt that comes in off the 401 and Kingston Road, and can usually be installed in a residential garage in a single day. Scarborough is also where we get the most calls about flaking front steps and porches, which we resurface with exterior-rated, slip-resistant coatings.

For businesses along Kennedy, Midland and the Milliken industrial blocks we coat retail, workshop and warehouse floors with seamless systems that clean easily and are installed around your hours. Scarborough businesses can read more on industrial epoxy flooring in Scarborough and commercial epoxy flooring in Scarborough. For big commercial and institutional floors, there is also polished concrete in Scarborough.

Frequently asked questions

Can you fix and coat a flaking front porch in Scarborough?

Yes. Scarborough porches and steps flake because water gets into the concrete and freezes. We grind off the loose material, repair the surface and install an exterior-rated coating with a slip-resistant texture, so the porch is sealed against water and safe to walk on in winter. Plain interior epoxy is not used outdoors because it yellows in sun.

Is epoxy flooring worth it for an older Scarborough garage?

It usually is, because the alternative is a slab that keeps dusting, pitting and staining. Older Scarborough garages need more preparation, grinding, crack filling and sometimes removing old paint, but once that is done the coating bonds just as well as on new concrete and stops the deterioration for good.

How long does an epoxy garage floor take in Scarborough?

Most Scarborough residential garages are prepared, coated and finished in one day. Heavily damaged slabs can add prep time. We confirm when you can walk on the floor and when you can park on it before we start.

Do you coat retail and shop floors in Scarborough?

We do. Retail units, workshops and small warehouses across Scarborough get a seamless commercial epoxy system matched to their traffic and cleaning needs, with a slip-resistant topcoat where the public walks. We schedule around your opening hours so you are not closed for days.
