I got an estimate on Friday and had a new basement floor by 4pm on Monday. Kuljit and his crew were awesome. Our concrete was Rough, cracks and holes. Now, it’s perfect !! It was also way more affordable than I thought it was going to be.

Outstanding Epoxy Flooring Service! I couldn’t be happier with the results! The team was professional, punctual, and clearly skilled at what they do. They took the time to prepare the surface properly and explained every step of the process. The final epoxy floor looks incredible — smooth, glossy, and durable. It has completely transformed our porch into a clean, modern space. Their attention to detail and commitment to quality really stand out. Everything was completed on schedule and within budget, with zero mess left behind. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for top-quality epoxy flooring and great customer service!

Dock-Door and Aisle Floors for Bishop Street, Sheldon Drive and Maple Grove Road

Cambridge sits where Highway 401 meets Highway 24, so goods move through it constantly. Buildings along Bishop Street, Sheldon Drive and Maple Grove Road tend to be built around the dock door: trailers back in, pallets roll out and the first few metres of slab take the hardest hits. That is where we usually see joint edges breaking down, surface dusting and salty slush that tracks well into the building through winter.

For industrial epoxy flooring in Cambridge, Quick F/X Epoxy plans around that traffic pattern. The slab is tested for moisture and hardness, ground with diamonds and repaired, with cracks filled and joints reinforced. A heavier build and a textured topcoat go where loads turn and brake, while quieter aisles and pick areas can have a smoother, easy-to-sweep finish. A coved base stops spills from reaching the walls. Chemical-resistant topcoats are available where wash-down water, cleaners or fluids reach the slab, and the work can be staged by bay so trucks keep moving through the doors that stay open. Buildings used mostly for storage and distribution have their own page on warehouse coatings. For home garages and basements, see residential epoxy in Cambridge.

Our Industrial Flooring Process

01

Free Quote for Your Floor

Tell us about the building, the floor area and what moves across it, and send a few photos. We talk through epoxy and polished concrete options with you and come back with a clear quote.

02

Plan Around Your Operation

We agree the schedule with you before work starts, including which areas close and when. Larger floors are done in sections so production, storage or shipping can keep running around us.

03

Concrete Preparation

The slab is ground back to open, clean concrete and damaged joints and cracks are repaired, so the coating bonds properly and stands up to forklifts, pallets and spills.

04

Coating or Polishing

We install the system chosen for each area: a high-build, chemical-resistant epoxy where traffic and fluids are heavy, or a ground, densified and polished slab where the floor stays dry.

05

Walkthrough and Handover

We walk the finished floor with you and confirm when each area can take foot and vehicle traffic again, so your team knows when to move back in.

Industrial Floors We Coat

Polished Concrete for Cambridge Dry Storage and Work Areas

In a dry Cambridge storage or assembly area with a sound slab, polished concrete can be a practical choice. The floor is ground, densified and polished to a hard, low-dust surface that is simple to sweep and mop. Existing marks and cracks stay visible. If oil or chemicals are used there, epoxy protects better. How polishing compares with a coating across a whole building is set out under concrete polishing in Cambridge.

Frequently asked questions

Can you repair broken joint edges at a Cambridge dock door?
Yes. Damaged edges are cut back and rebuilt, and joints are filled so wheels do not keep chipping them. That repair is done in preparation, before the coating goes on, so the edge is sound.
Slush and salt carry in on trailers and tires, and they sit on the first stretch of floor. A textured topcoat gives grip, and sealed joints keep the brine from getting under the coating.
In most cases. We coat in sections, so aisles and doors can be rerouted around the work, and we agree the order and timing with you before we start.
Preparation, crack and joint repair, the coating system and the schedule are all included. It arrives as a straight written quote after we have your measurements and photos.
