Why Markham Warehouses and Workshops Choose Quick F/X Epoxy

When a Markham workshop or warehouse floor fails, the cost is the downtime as much as the repair. So we prepare the concrete first and match the system to what it carries. You get a free quote with clear scope, and Jay, our founder, is on the first call, at the quote and at the final walkthrough. The work is done by his own hand-picked crew, not rotating subcontractors.

I got an estimate on Friday and had a new basement floor by 4pm on Monday. Kuljit and his crew were awesome. Our concrete was Rough, cracks and holes. Now, it’s perfect !! It was also way more affordable than I thought it was going to be.

Outstanding Epoxy Flooring Service! I couldn’t be happier with the results! The team was professional, punctual, and clearly skilled at what they do. They took the time to prepare the surface properly and explained every step of the process. The final epoxy floor looks incredible — smooth, glossy, and durable. It has completely transformed our porch into a clean, modern space. Their attention to detail and commitment to quality really stand out. Everything was completed on schedule and within budget, with zero mess left behind. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for top-quality epoxy flooring and great customer service!

Industrial Floors for Markham Warehouses, Workshops and Service Bays

Markham’s industrial buildings sit along the Woodbine Avenue, Steelcase Road and Denison Street corridors, near Highways 404 and 407, with many more between Warden Avenue and Highway 7. Here you find warehouses, distribution units, fabrication and repair shops, and service bays. Their concrete was often poured quickly and patched since, and pallet jacks, tyres and spilled fluids keep wearing it down. Once the surface breaks up, dust and debris get carried through the whole building.

In Markham, Quick F/X Epoxy begins industrial epoxy flooring with the slab itself. We take moisture and hardness readings, grind with diamonds, and repair cracks and joints. Each area then gets a system suited to its traffic and chemicals, topped with chemical-resistant coats and a textured surface in wet zones. Big floors go in by section, so the operation stays open. See our warehouse coatings page for storage and distribution space. For garages and homes, see residential epoxy flooring in Markham.

Our Industrial Flooring Process

01

Free Quote for Your Floor

Tell us about the building, the floor area and what moves across it, and send a few photos. We talk through epoxy and polished concrete options with you and come back with a clear quote.

02

Plan Around Your Operation

We agree the schedule with you before work starts, including which areas close and when. Larger floors are done in sections so production, storage or shipping can keep running around us.

03

Concrete Preparation

The slab is ground back to open, clean concrete and damaged joints and cracks are repaired, so the coating bonds properly and stands up to forklifts, pallets and spills.

04

Coating or Polishing

We install the system chosen for each area: a high-build, chemical-resistant epoxy where traffic and fluids are heavy, or a ground, densified and polished slab where the floor stays dry.

05

Walkthrough and Handover

We walk the finished floor with you and confirm when each area can take foot and vehicle traffic again, so your team knows when to move back in.

Industrial Floors We Coat

Polished Concrete for Markham Storage and Distribution Floors

Large, dry Markham buildings can suit polished concrete in storage areas, parts rooms and the open aisles between racking. Grinding, densifying and polishing the existing slab stops dust and gives a surface that is simple to sweep and damp-mop. Old patches and cracks will still show through. Where a slab is oil-soaked or badly worn, or sees heavy chemicals, we coat it with epoxy instead, and we will say so at the quote. For polished floors across an entire facility, see concrete polishing in Markham.

Frequently asked questions

Do you coat units near Steelcase Road and Woodbine Avenue in Markham?
Yes. Send us the address and the area involved and we will confirm what the floor needs. We look at industrial units across Markham, from a single service bay to a full distribution floor, and photos of any damaged areas speed that up.
Yes. Service bays get a high-build epoxy with a chemical-resistant topcoat, and a textured finish where the floor is often wet. Concrete already soaked with oil is prepared first, and we will tell you if it needs more work.
Timing is agreed in advance. We coat large floors in sections, so shipping and storage can continue around the closed area, and you know when each section can take traffic again.
It depends on area, the amount of repair the slab needs, and the system. Loading docks and small bays are priced differently from large floors. Send dimensions and photos for a firm quote.
