Why Niagara Region Businesses Choose Quick F/X Epoxy

For a Niagara winery, hotel, restaurant or shop, when the floor gets done matters as much as how it looks. We plan the timing with you before any work starts, and we prepare the concrete properly so the finish lasts through years of visitors and nightly wet cleaning. From the first call to the final walkthrough you deal with Jay, our founder, and the work is done by his own crew.

I got an estimate on Friday and had a new basement floor by 4pm on Monday. Kuljit and his crew were awesome. Our concrete was Rough, cracks and holes. Now, it’s perfect !! It was also way more affordable than I thought it was going to be.

Outstanding Epoxy Flooring Service! I couldn’t be happier with the results! The team was professional, punctual, and clearly skilled at what they do. They took the time to prepare the surface properly and explained every step of the process. The final epoxy floor looks incredible — smooth, glossy, and durable. It has completely transformed our porch into a clean, modern space. Their attention to detail and commitment to quality really stand out. Everything was completed on schedule and within budget, with zero mess left behind. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for top-quality epoxy flooring and great customer service!

Seamless Floors for Niagara Wineries, Hotels, Shops and Clinics

Much of the Niagara Region’s business is visitors. Tasting rooms along the wine routes of Niagara-on-the-Lake and the Twenty Valley, the hotels and attractions of Niagara Falls, and the restaurants and shops on main streets from Grimsby to Fort Erie all have floors that crowds cross every day and staff wash down every night. Tile grout darkens, sheet flooring lifts at the seams, and bare concrete in back-of-house areas stains and holds dirt.

Quick F/X Epoxy installs commercial epoxy flooring across the Niagara Region: washrooms and change rooms, corridors, back-of-house and utility rooms, with the coating carried up the wall as a coved base where water is part of the job. Storefront and shop work is covered on our retail floor coatings page. For garages, basements and the rest of our work in the region, see epoxy flooring in Niagara Region.

Our Commercial Flooring Process

01

Free Quote for Your Space

Tell us about the space, its approximate size and how it is used, and send a few photos. We talk through epoxy and polished concrete options with you and come back with a clear quote.

02

Plan Around Your Business

We agree the timing with you before work starts so it fits around how your business runs. Larger spaces can be done in sections so part of the business stays open.

03

Concrete Preparation

The floor is ground back to open, clean concrete and cracks and joints are repaired, so the coating bonds properly and the finish stays seamless and easy to clean.

04

Coating or Polishing

We install the system chosen for the space: a seamless epoxy for washrooms, kitchens and other wet or busy areas, or a ground, densified and polished slab for showrooms and open offices.

05

Walkthrough and Handover

We walk the finished floor with you and confirm when the space can be back in use, so you can plan the reopening with your staff and customers.

Polished Concrete for Niagara Showrooms and Tasting Rooms

Where you would rather keep the look of concrete, polished concrete suits many Niagara businesses: winery tasting rooms and retail shops, hotel lobbies, showrooms and open-plan offices. The existing slab is ground, densified and polished to anything from a soft satin to a high gloss, and it cleans with a damp mop. Because the finish comes from the concrete itself, old patches and cracks stay visible, so we look at the slab first and tell you whether it will polish well or would be better coated. Finish classes and sheen choices are explained under polished concrete in Niagara.

Frequently asked questions

Can you coat a washroom or change room in a Niagara hotel or winery?
Yes. Washrooms and change rooms are among the floors we coat most often. The system is seamless, so there are no grout lines to trap moisture, and a coved base carries the coating up the wall so water cannot sit in the corner. The finish stands up to daily wet cleaning.
Many Niagara businesses are busiest from spring to fall, so floor work often suits the quieter months. We plan the timing with you at the quote, and larger spaces can be done in sections so part of the business stays open.
It can be. Polished concrete works well where foot traffic is steady and the slab is in reasonable condition, and it cleans with a damp mop. Where spills, wine or cleaning chemicals reach the floor often, a seamless epoxy coating protects the concrete better. We look at the slab before recommending either.
It depends on floor area, how much repair the concrete needs and the system. Washrooms and other small rooms are priced differently from large open floors. Send us dimensions and photos and we will give you a firm quote rather than a range.
