Why Mississauga Warehouses and Shops Choose Quick F/X Epoxy

A floor that fails in its first year is a cost no Mississauga warehouse or shop can afford. Every job starts with readings, grinding and repairs, and the system is chosen for the loads and chemicals ahead. Jay, our founder, is on the first call, at the quote and at the final walkthrough, with his own hand-picked crew rather than rotating subcontractors. Free quote.

I got an estimate on Friday and had a new basement floor by 4pm on Monday. Kuljit and his crew were awesome. Our concrete was Rough, cracks and holes. Now, it’s perfect !! It was also way more affordable than I thought it was going to be.

Outstanding Epoxy Flooring Service! I couldn’t be happier with the results! The team was professional, punctual, and clearly skilled at what they do. They took the time to prepare the surface properly and explained every step of the process. The final epoxy floor looks incredible — smooth, glossy, and durable. It has completely transformed our porch into a clean, modern space. Their attention to detail and commitment to quality really stand out. Everything was completed on schedule and within budget, with zero mess left behind. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for top-quality epoxy flooring and great customer service!

Industrial Floors for Malton, Airport Road and the Highway 410 Area

Mississauga’s industrial buildings cluster in a few districts: the streets around Pearson airport in Malton and along Airport Road, the Derry Road and Highway 410 area, and the older industrial land near Southdown. They hold warehouses, distribution centres, fabrication shops and truck and equipment service bays. Their floors carry pallet jacks, lift trucks and loaded trailers, and after years of that the joints open, dock edges chip and stains soak in.

Our industrial epoxy flooring in Mississauga starts with the concrete itself: moisture and hardness readings, diamond grinding, and crack and joint repair. We then pick the system for the traffic and chemicals it will meet, adding a chemical-resistant topcoat and a textured finish in wet spots. Racking aisles and dock floors are covered on our warehouse coatings page. For garages and homes, see residential epoxy flooring in Mississauga.

Our Industrial Flooring Process

01

Free Quote for Your Floor

Tell us about the building, the floor area and what moves across it, and send a few photos. We talk through epoxy and polished concrete options with you and come back with a clear quote.

02

Plan Around Your Operation

We agree the schedule with you before work starts, including which areas close and when. Larger floors are done in sections so production, storage or shipping can keep running around us.

03

Concrete Preparation

The slab is ground back to open, clean concrete and damaged joints and cracks are repaired, so the coating bonds properly and stands up to forklifts, pallets and spills.

04

Coating or Polishing

We install the system chosen for each area: a high-build, chemical-resistant epoxy where traffic and fluids are heavy, or a ground, densified and polished slab where the floor stays dry.

05

Walkthrough and Handover

We walk the finished floor with you and confirm when each area can take foot and vehicle traffic again, so your team knows when to move back in.

Industrial Floors We Coat

Polished Concrete for Mississauga Warehouses and Distribution Floors

Big, dry Mississauga buildings are where polished concrete is often the simplest floor: the existing slab is ground, densified and polished, which ends the dust settling on stock and equipment. It suits warehouse aisles, parts rooms and packing areas. Old patches and cracks stay visible, so the slab is checked first, and a damp mop keeps it clean. It is not right for oil-soaked or badly worn slabs or heavy-chemical areas; those spots are better coated in epoxy, even when the rest of the building is polished. Finishes and options are covered under polished concrete in Mississauga.

Frequently asked questions

Can you coat a loading dock or dock apron in Mississauga?
Yes. Dock areas take the hardest wear in a building: wheeled loads, dragged pallets and chipped joints. We repair the edges and joints, grind the surface open and coat it with a high-build epoxy and a chemical-resistant topcoat. Timing is agreed in advance so shipping and trucks can be worked around.
Large floors are done in sections. Each area is prepared and coated in turn while the rest of the building keeps working, and you know ahead of time which area is closed and when it is back in use.
Bays see oil, brake fluid, hot tyres and dropped tools, so they get a chemical-resistant topcoat over a high-build epoxy, with a textured finish where the floor is often wet. Concrete that is already oil-soaked is ground and checked before anything goes on.
It depends on the floor area, how much repair the concrete needs and the system chosen for the traffic and chemicals. Send dimensions and photos of the floor and we will give you a firm quote rather than a guess.
