Why Toronto Businesses Choose Quick F/X Epoxy

In a Toronto restaurant, clinic or condo building, the schedule matters as much as the finish. Timing is agreed with you before we begin, the concrete is prepared so the floor lasts, and the quote is straight. Jay, our founder, is on the first call, at the quote and at the final walkthrough, and the work is done by his own crew. Free quote.

I got an estimate on Friday and had a new basement floor by 4pm on Monday. Kuljit and his crew were awesome. Our concrete was Rough, cracks and holes. Now, it’s perfect !! It was also way more affordable than I thought it was going to be.

Outstanding Epoxy Flooring Service! I couldn’t be happier with the results! The team was professional, punctual, and clearly skilled at what they do. They took the time to prepare the surface properly and explained every step of the process. The final epoxy floor looks incredible — smooth, glossy, and durable. It has completely transformed our porch into a clean, modern space. Their attention to detail and commitment to quality really stand out. Everything was completed on schedule and within budget, with zero mess left behind. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for top-quality epoxy flooring and great customer service!

Seamless Floors for Toronto Restaurants, Clinics and Condo Buildings

Toronto’s commercial floors sit in every kind of building: restaurants along Queen Street West and the Danforth, shops on Yonge and Bloor, clinics and offices in the Financial District, and the lobbies and amenity rooms of condo and rental buildings across the city. Many are older buildings on old slabs, and the floors take heavy foot traffic and nightly wet cleaning. Worn tile, cracked vinyl and stained bare concrete make a space look tired, and hard-to-clean grout in a washroom or kitchen is a constant chore for staff.

Quick F/X Epoxy installs commercial epoxy flooring in Toronto and the slab is checked before anything else. We take moisture and hardness readings, grind the surface and repair cracks and joints. In washrooms and change rooms the coating runs up the wall as a coved base. For workspaces and lobbies, see office floor coatings; for homes and garages, see epoxy flooring in Toronto.

Our Commercial Flooring Process

01

Free Quote for Your Space

Tell us about the space, its approximate size and how it is used, and send a few photos. We talk through epoxy and polished concrete options with you and come back with a clear quote.

02

Plan Around Your Business

We agree the timing with you before work starts so it fits around how your business runs. Larger spaces can be done in sections so part of the business stays open.

03

Concrete Preparation

The floor is ground back to open, clean concrete and cracks and joints are repaired, so the coating bonds properly and the finish stays seamless and easy to clean.

04

Coating or Polishing

We install the system chosen for the space: a seamless epoxy for washrooms, kitchens and other wet or busy areas, or a ground, densified and polished slab for showrooms and open offices.

05

Walkthrough and Handover

We walk the finished floor with you and confirm when the space can be back in use, so you can plan the reopening with your staff and customers.

Polished Concrete for Toronto Showrooms and Lobbies

Some Toronto spaces suit the look of raw concrete: showrooms, lobbies, open offices and dry shop floors. Polished concrete takes the slab already there, grinds and densifies it and polishes it to a satin or high gloss. It stops dust, and a damp mop keeps it clean. Old patches and cracks stay visible, so we inspect first and say honestly if epoxy would suit better, for example in a kitchen. Sheen levels and finish options are covered under concrete polishing in Toronto.

Frequently asked questions

Can you do a Toronto restaurant back-of-house floor on quiet days?
Timing is settled at the quote, before any work starts. Bigger spaces can be done in sections, so part of the business stays open, and we plan around the days and hours when you are quietest.
Yes. Lobbies, corridors, amenity rooms, change rooms and washrooms are all jobs we can take on. Sections are done one after another so residents can still get in and out, and dates are agreed with the property manager beforehand.
If the floor is dry, walked on steadily and the slab is sound, polished concrete is a strong option. If spills or cleaning chemicals reach the floor, epoxy is the better choice. We look at the concrete first, then recommend one.
That depends on the area, the repairs the slab needs and the system, so a small washroom and a large open floor are priced differently. Send dimensions and photos and we will give you a firm quote, not a guess.
