Why Burlington Shops and Warehouses Choose Quick F/X Epoxy

When a Burlington bay is down for a coating, you want it back in service on the date you were given. We work from the slab up, plan the sequence with you and keep the quote straightforward. Jay, our founder, is on the first call, the quote and the final walkthrough, and the work is done by his own crew, not subcontractors. Free quote.

I got an estimate on Friday and had a new basement floor by 4pm on Monday. Kuljit and his crew were awesome. Our concrete was Rough, cracks and holes. Now, it’s perfect !! It was also way more affordable than I thought it was going to be.

Outstanding Epoxy Flooring Service! I couldn’t be happier with the results! The team was professional, punctual, and clearly skilled at what they do. They took the time to prepare the surface properly and explained every step of the process. The final epoxy floor looks incredible — smooth, glossy, and durable. It has completely transformed our porch into a clean, modern space. Their attention to detail and commitment to quality really stand out. Everything was completed on schedule and within budget, with zero mess left behind. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for top-quality epoxy flooring and great customer service!

Industrial Floors for Harvester Road, Appleby Line and North of the 407

Much of Burlington’s working space is built as multi-bay units: rows of grade-level doors, a shared yard and a power-trowelled slab inside. You find them along Harvester Road, off Appleby Line and in the newer parks up toward Highway 407. Trucks bring winter salt in on their tyres, doors stay open in every season, and a slab that was finished to a hard, glassy shine will shed a coating that was simply rolled on top of it.

That is why we start below the surface. For industrial epoxy flooring in Burlington, Quick F/X Epoxy takes hardness and moisture readings, opens the concrete with diamond grinding and repairs cracks and joints. Then the system is picked for what crosses it, from a light-duty coat in a tool crib to a thick build in a loading lane, with a chemical-resistant or textured topcoat where fluids and wet boots meet. A coved base can be run up the wall where the floor is washed down. Racking and pallet space has its own page on warehouse floor coatings. Our Industrial Flooring Process

01

Free Quote for Your Floor

Tell us about the building, the floor area and what moves across it, and send a few photos. We talk through epoxy and polished concrete options with you and come back with a clear quote.

02

Plan Around Your Operation

We agree the schedule with you before work starts, including which areas close and when. Larger floors are done in sections so production, storage or shipping can keep running around us.

03

Concrete Preparation

The slab is ground back to open, clean concrete and damaged joints and cracks are repaired, so the coating bonds properly and stands up to forklifts, pallets and spills.

04

Coating or Polishing

We install the system chosen for each area: a high-build, chemical-resistant epoxy where traffic and fluids are heavy, or a ground, densified and polished slab where the floor stays dry.

05

Walkthrough and Handover

We walk the finished floor with you and confirm when each area can take foot and vehicle traffic again, so your team knows when to move back in.

Industrial Floors We Coat

Polished Concrete for Burlington Dry Storage and Parts Counters

Where a Burlington unit stays dry and the work is light, polished concrete uses the slab that is already there. It is ground, hardened with a densifier and polished until it sits bright and low-dust, with only a damp mop needed to keep it clean. Existing marks, patches and cracks remain part of the look. Oil-soaked slabs, or floors that see chemicals, are better served by epoxy. Finish classes and the full range of buildings that suit it are set out under concrete polishing in Burlington.

Frequently asked questions

Why won’t coating stick to a newer Burlington slab that looks perfect?
A smooth, tightly trowelled surface gives a coating very little to grip. Grinding opens the pores of the concrete so the epoxy can bond, and readings on hardness and moisture tell us what the slab can take before anything is mixed.
Yes. We can work in sections, one bay or one aisle at a time, so the rest of the unit stays in use. Timing is agreed in advance, along with the day each section can carry traffic again.
Door thresholds and the first few metres inside take the worst of salt, slush and tyre wear. We repair damaged joints and edges in the prep, then use a hard-wearing topcoat there, with texture where the floor is often wet.
We look at floor area, repairs needed and the system your traffic calls for. Send dimensions and photos, and we put a clear figure in writing instead of a loose range.
