Why London Plants and Shops Choose Quick F/X Epoxy

For a London plant, warehouse or service shop, closing a floor twice costs more than doing it right once. So every London industrial job starts with the concrete: readings, repairs, and a system matched to the loads and fluids it will see. You get straight answers and one team from quote to handover, led by Jay, our founder, who started Quick F/X Epoxy after years of watching rushed floors fail.

I got an estimate on Friday and had a new basement floor by 4pm on Monday. Kuljit and his crew were awesome. Our concrete was Rough, cracks and holes. Now, it’s perfect !! It was also way more affordable than I thought it was going to be.

Outstanding Epoxy Flooring Service! I couldn’t be happier with the results! The team was professional, punctual, and clearly skilled at what they do. They took the time to prepare the surface properly and explained every step of the process. The final epoxy floor looks incredible — smooth, glossy, and durable. It has completely transformed our porch into a clean, modern space. Their attention to detail and commitment to quality really stand out. Everything was completed on schedule and within budget, with zero mess left behind. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for top-quality epoxy flooring and great customer service!

Industrial Floors for London’s 401 and 402 Corridor

London, Ontario sits where Highway 401 meets Highway 402, and much of its industry sits along those roads and Veterans Memorial Parkway on the east side of the city: manufacturing plants, food and logistics buildings, and the fabrication and repair shops that serve them. Those floors take heavy wheeled traffic, pallet loads and the fluids of the work, often on slabs that were poured quickly and have been patched many times since.

Quick F/X Epoxy installs industrial epoxy flooring in London starting with the floor itself: moisture and hardness readings, a look at the joints and cracks, and an honest view of what the area has to survive. The system follows from that, from a thin sealer in a clean assembly room to a thick, high-build epoxy where carts and pallets run all day. Distribution floors are covered on our warehouse coatings page. For garages, basements and homes across the city, see residential epoxy in London, Ontario.

Our Industrial Flooring Process

01

Free Quote for Your Floor

Tell us about the building, the floor area and what moves across it, and send a few photos. We talk through epoxy and polished concrete options with you and come back with a clear quote.

02

Plan Around Your Operation

We agree the schedule with you before work starts, including which areas close and when. Larger floors are done in sections so production, storage or shipping can keep running around us.

03

Concrete Preparation

The slab is ground back to open, clean concrete and damaged joints and cracks are repaired, so the coating bonds properly and stands up to forklifts, pallets and spills.

04

Coating or Polishing

We install the system chosen for each area: a high-build, chemical-resistant epoxy where traffic and fluids are heavy, or a ground, densified and polished slab where the floor stays dry.

05

Walkthrough and Handover

We walk the finished floor with you and confirm when each area can take foot and vehicle traffic again, so your team knows when to move back in.

Industrial Floors We Coat

Polished Concrete for London Distribution and Storage Floors

Large, dry floors are where polished concrete earns its place in London industrial buildings: distribution and storage space, parts rooms, service counters and the aisles between racking. The slab is ground, hardened with a densifier and polished, which stops the concrete dust that settles on stock and equipment and gives a bright, easy-to-sweep surface. Polishing works with the concrete you have, so a badly worn or oil-soaked slab may be better coated, and the areas around machines and fluids are usually epoxy even when the rest of the building is polished. When most of a facility could go uncoated, read polished concrete in London first.

Frequently asked questions

Do you coat manufacturing floors in east London and along the 401?
Yes. We work across the industrial areas of London, including the east end, the Veterans Memorial Parkway area and the buildings along the 401 and 402, as well as in the surrounding county. Tell us the address and the size of the area and we will confirm what the floor needs.
By working in sections. A large floor is split into areas that are prepared and coated in turn, so production, storage or shipping can carry on around them. You know in advance which area is closed when, and when each one takes traffic again.
Usually preparation. Coatings rolled onto dirty, oily or smooth concrete peel under forklift tyres, and cracks left unrepaired show through. Grinding to open, clean concrete, repairing joints properly and choosing a system thick enough for the traffic are what keep a floor intact.
Yes. Service bays see hot tyres, dropped tools, oil and brake fluid. They get a high-build epoxy with a chemical-resistant topcoat, and a textured finish where the floor is often wet, so it stays safe to walk on.
