I got an estimate on Friday and had a new basement floor by 4pm on Monday. Kuljit and his crew were awesome. Our concrete was Rough, cracks and holes. Now, it’s perfect !! It was also way more affordable than I thought it was going to be.

Outstanding Epoxy Flooring Service! I couldn’t be happier with the results! The team was professional, punctual, and clearly skilled at what they do. They took the time to prepare the surface properly and explained every step of the process. The final epoxy floor looks incredible — smooth, glossy, and durable. It has completely transformed our porch into a clean, modern space. Their attention to detail and commitment to quality really stand out. Everything was completed on schedule and within budget, with zero mess left behind. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for top-quality epoxy flooring and great customer service!

Seamless Floors for Port Credit, Streetsville and Square One Businesses

Business floors in Mississauga sit in very different settings: restaurants and shops along Lakeshore Road in Port Credit, the storefronts of Queen Street in Streetsville, the offices and stores around Square One, and the hotels near Pearson airport. In all of them the floor takes wet boots in winter and daily washing, and it is the grout lines, worn vinyl and bare concrete in back rooms that give out first.

Across Mississauga we install commercial epoxy flooring in washrooms and change rooms, corridors, lobbies and back-of-house rooms, and where water is part of the job the coating runs up the wall as a coved base. Workplace floors are covered on our office floor coatings page. For garages and basements, see epoxy flooring in Mississauga.

Our Commercial Flooring Process

01

Free Quote for Your Space

Tell us about the space, its approximate size and how it is used, and send a few photos. We talk through epoxy and polished concrete options with you and come back with a clear quote.

02

Plan Around Your Business

We agree the timing with you before work starts so it fits around how your business runs. Larger spaces can be done in sections so part of the business stays open.

03

Concrete Preparation

The floor is ground back to open, clean concrete and cracks and joints are repaired, so the coating bonds properly and the finish stays seamless and easy to clean.

04

Coating or Polishing

We install the system chosen for the space: a seamless epoxy for washrooms, kitchens and other wet or busy areas, or a ground, densified and polished slab for showrooms and open offices.

05

Walkthrough and Handover

We walk the finished floor with you and confirm when the space can be back in use, so you can plan the reopening with your staff and customers.

Polished Concrete for Mississauga Showrooms, Lobbies and Open Offices

Mississauga showrooms, lobbies, open offices and busy stores can keep the look of bare concrete with polished concrete. Your existing slab is ground, densified and polished, so it stops dusting and needs only a damp mop. Patches and cracks in the concrete still show afterwards, so the slab gets checked first. Restaurant back rooms, washrooms and any spot where spills or cleaning chemicals land are better in epoxy, and so is a slab that is badly worn. For sheen and aggregate choices, see concrete polishing in Mississauga.

Frequently asked questions

Can you coat the back-of-house floor in a Mississauga restaurant?
Yes. Prep areas, dish rooms and corridors behind the dining room get a seamless epoxy with a chemical-resistant topcoat and a textured finish where the floor is wet, plus a coved base so water and grease cannot collect in the corners. It washes down easily every night.
It depends on the slab and the look you want. Polished concrete suits dry, steady foot traffic on a slab in decent shape. Epoxy is the better choice where spills or cleaning chemicals reach the floor, or where the concrete is patched and worn. We check the slab before recommending either.
Usually, yes. Larger floors are done in sections so part of the space stays open, and the timing is agreed with you in advance, including evenings or quiet periods where that suits the business.
It depends on the floor area, how much repair the concrete needs and the system. A small washroom is priced differently from a large open floor. Send dimensions and photos and we will give you a firm quote instead of a range.
