Why Toronto Plants and Shops Choose Quick F/X Epoxy

In a busy Toronto building, each day a floor is closed costs money, so it must be done right the first time. We start with the concrete, choose the system for your traffic and chemicals, and agree the timing with you in advance. Jay, our founder, is on the first call, at the quote and at the final walkthrough, and his own hand-picked crew does the work. Free quote.

I got an estimate on Friday and had a new basement floor by 4pm on Monday. Kuljit and his crew were awesome. Our concrete was Rough, cracks and holes. Now, it’s perfect !! It was also way more affordable than I thought it was going to be.

Outstanding Epoxy Flooring Service! I couldn’t be happier with the results! The team was professional, punctual, and clearly skilled at what they do. They took the time to prepare the surface properly and explained every step of the process. The final epoxy floor looks incredible — smooth, glossy, and durable. It has completely transformed our porch into a clean, modern space. Their attention to detail and commitment to quality really stand out. Everything was completed on schedule and within budget, with zero mess left behind. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for top-quality epoxy flooring and great customer service!

Industrial Floors for Etobicoke, Scarborough and the Port Lands

Toronto’s industrial buildings are spread across Rexdale and the Highway 27 and 427 area in Etobicoke, the blocks near Highway 401 and Kennedy Road in Scarborough, and the Port Lands and Downsview. Many are older buildings, with slabs that have been patched, cut for drains and re-cut for new equipment, and tight docks and yards where trucks turn all day. Floors like these show their history: hairline cracks that have opened at joints, patches that have lifted, and stains from decades of fluids.

Quick F/X Epoxy installs industrial epoxy flooring in Toronto and every job begins by testing the slab: hardness and moisture readings, then diamond grinding and repair of cracks and joints. From there, the coating is picked for the traffic it must carry, from a thin sealer for light use to a thick build for constant wheels, with a chemical-resistant topcoat where fluids reach the floor. Storage and distribution space is covered on our warehouse coatings page. For homes, condos and garages, see residential epoxy flooring in Toronto.

Our Industrial Flooring Process

01

Free Quote for Your Floor

Tell us about the building, the floor area and what moves across it, and send a few photos. We talk through epoxy and polished concrete options with you and come back with a clear quote.

02

Plan Around Your Operation

We agree the schedule with you before work starts, including which areas close and when. Larger floors are done in sections so production, storage or shipping can keep running around us.

03

Concrete Preparation

The slab is ground back to open, clean concrete and damaged joints and cracks are repaired, so the coating bonds properly and stands up to forklifts, pallets and spills.

04

Coating or Polishing

We install the system chosen for each area: a high-build, chemical-resistant epoxy where traffic and fluids are heavy, or a ground, densified and polished slab where the floor stays dry.

05

Walkthrough and Handover

We walk the finished floor with you and confirm when each area can take foot and vehicle traffic again, so your team knows when to move back in.

Industrial Floors We Coat

Polished Concrete for Toronto Storage and Parts Areas

Not every Toronto floor needs a coating. In dry storage, parts rooms and light aisles, polished concrete can turn the existing slab into a hard, bright surface that stops dust falling on stock and damp-mops clean. It is ground, densified, then polished. Old patches and cracks remain visible in it. Where the slab is oil-soaked or badly worn, or chemicals are used heavily, epoxy is the better call. For whole-building polished floors, including hangars and institutional buildings, see polished concrete in Toronto.

Frequently asked questions

Can you coat an older Toronto building with a patched slab?
Yes, and older slabs are common here. We test the moisture and hardness, grind back to sound concrete and repair cracks and joints before any coating goes down. Failed patches are dealt with in the prep instead of being covered over.
Yes. Your unit can be prepared and coated on its own, with the timing agreed in advance so neighbours keep operating. Large units are done in sections. Send us the layout and we will plan the sequence with you.
Yes. Service bays and mechanical rooms meet oil, brake fluid, hot tyres and dropped tools, so they get a thick epoxy with a chemical-resistant topcoat, textured where the floor is regularly wet.
There is no rate card. The price follows the area, the amount of repair the slab needs and the system suited to your traffic and chemicals. Send dimensions and photos and we will come back with a firm figure, not a range.
